Twitterアカウントを変えてもらった。

更新：この手段は使えないと記載しましたが、昔ほど緩くはないみたいですが、この手順でアカウントを変更してもらえている方がいるようです。

最近 いままでつかっていた @doatvというアカウントから @doaに変更があった。ツィッターで一部マニアックな方に需要があるようなので書こうと思う。

規約上は６ヶ月以上、実際はは９ヶ月以上つかわれていないと inactive account(使用されていないアカウント）と見なされるようだ。このような使われていないアカウントを確保する記事というのは過去にも何個も書かれているようだが、どれも今では使えないようです。

まず、昔は usernameアットtwitter.com というアドレスにメールをおくると変えてくれる時代もあったようだ。実際やってみたがだめだった。（今はこのサービスはできないです。と自動返信がくるだけですのでメールはおくらないで）

こんなメールがかえってくる。いわゆるテンプレメール。

DMをおくって譲ってもらった。とか

商標登録があったので公式にかえてもらった。

などしか方法は書いてない。DMですら相手からフォローしてもらわないと行けないので現実的ではない。

要約すると、そのうち（数ヶ月後ぐらいかな）使われてないアカウントを解放するからまっててね！

企業の（商標登録のある）方は以下のものをフォームに記入してくれ。

という内容だ。

まぁいうてこのメールがきたのは2010/10/30日

もうかるく半年はたってるが、まだ解放はされてないようだ。

じゃあフォーム記入しよっか！って商標登録なんてものがあるはずもなく。

まぁでも問い合わせるだけ問い合わせてみよう。と　ツィッターに攻撃をしかけた。

記載した内容は

・使用されていないアカウント名

・とりあえずこういう名前で音楽をしているって事。

・こういうドメインでサイトを開いているって事。

・アカウント名が解りづらいので認識してもらえない時があるって事。

・できればドメインと同一のものにしたいって事。

・だから使いたい。

まず、日本の問い合わせ窓口に送ったけど相手にもされなかったのでスルー

即英語に書き直して英語窓口に送信。

ちなみに参考までに、通常の公式の商標登録があるのでこのアカウントを確保したいです！ってところからだと商標登録の番号がないと送信できないので　ここ から送信した。

翌日に返信がきた。

1. If you would like the name to replace the username on an existing Twitter account that you’re already using, reply to this email and list that account’s current username.
2. If you don’t have a Twitter account or would like to create a new account for use with the requested username, please create an account with a placeholder username that we’ll change (@tempname123, for example).

その際に１、今のアカウントをその対象のアカウントに変更するかどうやら、自分の活動を行っているドメイン名のアドレス(僕の場合doa.tvのメールアドレス)をツィッターの登録アドレスに変更した上で再度使用されていないと思われるアカウント名を送信してくれということらしい。使えるかどうか確認する。でも変えれるかどうかは保証できないから了承してね。とのこと。—————————————-

２、新規アカウントとして作成するか

の選択をくれた。

まぁいままでつかってた履歴もそのままのこしたいので１で記載の通り送信した。

きたああああああああああああああああああという感じにあっさり変更された。

極度のめんどくさがりやなのでレイアウト皆無だが、伝わることだけ伝われば良い。

ドメインと類似したアカウント名が停止状態で使いたかったら是非問い合わせてみればどうだろうか。逆に俺のこのドメインは正直登録してから半年ぐらいしかたっていない。whoisで登録日時とかは見られてなさそうなので、新規ドメインを登録して使っているんだ！と主張しても変えてもらえそうな気もする。
